Remember UPS will not ship to PO boxes. Also The B Hive only ships to the locations in our shipping charts.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for sales on line and off line.
All off line credit card orders must include the card holders name as it appears on the credit card, expiration date and your billing address.
Please include a day time phone number in case we need to contact you.
On line payments: Fill in the appropriate boxes on our checkout form.
Important! Please read: If you are ordering off line we recommend that you do not send credit card information via E-mail. Credit card information should be sent using our toll free number or fax on 1-864-654-8132.

Please do not send cash in the mail. The B Hive is not responsible for cash sent by mail.
UPS No longer accepts cash for COD's. All COD's are now payable only with a certified check or a money order.

If you pay by personal check we will ship your order upon confirmation from our bank that the check has cleared. Please send checks to: The B Hive, PO Box 331, Clemson, SC 29633.

Sales Tax

South Carolina residents please add applicable sales tax.

Backorders

Sometimes we will not have in stock what you have ordered. When this happens we automatically place the part or parts on backorder and ship the rest of your order. Backorders are usually filled in 1 to 2 weeks. If you do not wish to backorder any parts, please inform us when you order. Backorders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping with out any penalties.*
The B Hive does not charge any extra for backorders.**
*Does not apply to special orders.

Returns need prior authorization, just call 1-864-654-3404 and request a return authorization.
There is no restocking charge, but returns have to be shipped pre-paid, no COD’s will be accepted.
Please note, no returns will be authorized after 180 days.
Parts that have been fitted or modified in any way will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued.
Parts Must be returned in their original packaging (not shipping box) with a copy of the original invoice.

Shipping & Handling Charges - US Mainland Only

Shipping & handling charges are based on total order amount, excluding core charges, COD fee or sales tax, if any.
Shipping is by UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at The B Hive's discretion.
Use the following chart to find your shipping charge.
Except for COD shipments, there are no other charges.
Shipping & handling charges are not normally refundable.
The B Hive reserves the right to choose the method of shipping on any order.

Shipping & handling is the actual postage amount plus $9.00 per box. Shipping is by USPS.
Certain size/weight restrictions may apply.
Charges do not include import duties or fees, if applicable.
Import duties and/or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment must be in US funds.
Other restrictions may apply.
Shipping charges are not normally refundable.
No COD Shipments. No backorders.
Internet orders from Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico:
The shipping charge shown on line will be adjusted as above.
At the moment, internet orders can not be accepted from Canada. Please use phone or fax.

International

The B Hive does not ship, with the exception of Canada, internationally.

All part numbers ending with R, are remanufactured and require that you return the old part to us. A core charge is added to the price shown** and is refundable on us receiving a Rebuildable part.
The core must be in the original packaging (not shipping box) with a copy of the original invoice.
Non rebuildable parts will be returned or disposed of according to your wishes.
Cores must be shipped freight pre-paid, no COD’s will be accepted.
Cores must be received by The B Hive within 180 days of the original invoice date.

** The core charge will be added to the purchase price when ordering with our shopping cart at the time of purchase and will be reflected in the price in your cart. Although core charges do not count towards shipping & handling, they can affect the s & h total in your cart. Shipping & handling charges will be adjusted on your invoice if it does.
